We loved the cleanliness and coziness of our room. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and their fluency in English was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the included breakfast. The location was perfect for us as it was close to central square and the bus station, making transportation easy.

If you're looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great option. It's conveniently located near key tourist spots, making it easy to walk around and explore. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Although the rooms are well-appointed, the thin walls are a bit of a letdown, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. You can often hear noise from other rooms, which can be annoying if you're trying to rest.

The breakfast was a good value and delicious. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location was very central, easily accessible to main sights and tours. the staff were very kind and offered helpful local tips.

The hotel did almost nothing to celebrate Christmas. There were no decorations and no festive celebrations.

Our hotel was situated at an ideal location which was perfect for business travelers. We had no trouble finding several restaurants and cafés nearby. the central square was also within walking distance. Our room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast provided was quite good, and the room was equipped with all necessary facilities. the shower in the bathroom had good water pressure and was also very clean.

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noises from the adjacent rooms sometimes.

The staff's honesty in returning my lost jewellery was truly exceptional. Cozy and clean rooms. Convenient location near the central square. Helpful English-speaking staff.
